The final piece of the old Paech-Brot Backerei is being removed, as the bakery's
chimney is unbuilt a brick at a time. As of this morning, most of the chimney was
still standing, demolition work having stalled due to the weather or something.
The 24-meter chimney is the last evidence of the bakery that dominated this
Moabit corner for most of last century.
